Mrs. Rekha Chakradhar acquired her Bachelor of Arts in 1988 and Bachelor of Laws in 1992, both from the University of Bangalore and enrolled as Advocate in the Bar Council of Karnataka in 2017.
Rekha Chakradhar by aspiring and becoming a founding member of Pragma Law & Policy is telling the world that women can kickstart their professional careers at any age, by choice. After having acquired a well appreciated proficiency spanning more than 2 decades in Indian Tanjore Art, she is now contributing to the growth of our Firm by managing its clientele and treasury affairs.

Anirudh Chakradhar

Head - Policy

Mr. Anirudh Chakradhar is a young professional holding a Bachelors degree in English Literature from Delhi University, and a Masters degree in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. Prior to Pragma, Anirudh worked for a multi-national consulting firm, and has provided advisory services to various Public Sector clients in several projects.

Anirudh’s expertise is in the research, analysis, planning, formulation and monitoring & evaluation of government & business policies. This allows him to provide insight to both the policy makers for drafting of appropriate policy as well as in providing advisory services to companies and firms which enables them to navigate the complex policy & regulatory environment while ensuring statutory compliance.

Deepak Rao

Associate

Mr. Deepak holds an LLB from the Karnataka State Law University, a degree in Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India, as well as an MBA from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India. He has over 20 years of experience in industry and Big 4 Consulting.
Deepak has advised various multinational and Indian companies on several subjects covering VAT, Service Tax, Excise & Customs. He has experience in providing advisory & compliance consultation across the tax spectrum in a range of industry & service lines.

Jayaram Hiregange

Mr. Jayaram holds an LLB from the University of Karnataka as well as a degree in Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India. A veteran in the field of indirect taxation, he has over 16 years of experience in industry & Big 4 Consulting.
Over the years he has advised various companies on several matters such as VAT, Service Tax, Excise & Customs. He has rich experience in dealing with compliance, advisory & litigation matters across the tax spectrum in various industry segments.

G. R. Madhusudan

Mr. Madhusudan has over 24 years of experience spanning across several practice areas such as Legal, HR Management, Personnel Management, Employee Welfare, Performance Management and Training and Development, in several reputed corporates. Mr. Madhusudan holds a B.Com. and LL.B. Degree, and also a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations. Mr. Madhusudan has a flair for designing and implementing innovative strategies both for providing optimal legal solutions as well as to achieve accelerated growth for organization.

Muralidhar N. V.

Mr N.V. Muralidhar holds a B.Com and LL.B. Degree, and is an advocate with significant experience of practicing in the Civil and Magistrate Courts in Bangalore. He has over 25 years of experience in the legal field, and is quite conversant in Civil Laws, Consumer Protection Laws, cheque bounce cases, family court cases, property matters, due diligence, property registrations and revenue matters, to name just a few.
Through his association with the firm, he is able to enrich the firm with vast practical knowledge from his long experience in the field, and the firm does not hesitate in leveraging his experience and skills.
