Each of our partners shared a fundamental thought that gave Pragma its current form and the common theme of it all is “Pragmatism”. This became our cornerstone at the time when the foundations of the Firm were being conceived and laid.
Our Founders bring to the table to serve our clients, an amalgam of rich and cumulative experience of over 60 years of service in large renowned Corporates as well as the Government, both focussed toward industry and consumers. Our partners, having dealt with real time commercial corporate situations in the packaged commodities & foods industry are best equipped to provide effective solutions for corporates. Such legal services & solutions are well supported with clarity about government enforcement systems, compliance check & adherence to regulation.
We also have focussed expertise in Public Policy & Development. This adds another layer of being able to develop effective policy solutions on various issues and represent the same to the government to promote a growing economy. We are also able to ensure that business and industrial enterprises can be supported with best internal policies to promote safe, inclusive, sustainable development of corporate workspaces.
This coming together of disciplines, experience and people, gave birth to Pragma Law & Policy from the summer of 2017.
